I have been able to solve the rubics cube since I was 12 years old. Now, 28 years later I understand it well and consider myself quite fast. I can do it in 55 seconds after giving it to someone to scramble it for 15 minutes. So that's pretty fucking scrambled. This in my opinion is a set up. There are just so many variables and movements that you couldn't do it from a properly scrambled cube in under 12 seconds. This was probably in a state of near completion, but to the average guy who doesn't know the cube, this looks about as scrambled as it needs to be.
