Of course this jet has a problem, forcing the pilots to eject. A lot of money goes to waste from plane crashes, I've realized...

Su-30MK Crash:
The 43rd Paris Air Show at Le Bourget - great opening on the 12 of June 1999, pilot Vyacheslav Averyanov at the controls. On his way out of flat spin pilot misestimated altitude to get out of diving and scratched the ground with left engine.
On the right engine working plane climbed to 50 meters and then both pilot and navigator (Vladimir Shendrik) ejected successfully. Both pilots after landing were on their own feets thanks to unique eject seats K-36DM used in all fighter planes. As you can see, these seats works excellent even on extremely low altitudes and with wrong plane orientation.
K-36DM saved many lifes and in 97% of cases pilots return to their work. Seat has small jet engines which allow it to reach necessary altitude for parachute to work and has several orientation systems not to hit the ground while ejecting with head directed to the land.
It works also on extremely high speeds, it can be used even on 1400 kmph.
